Step two in your skincare routine: toner
This is the very first step after cleansing. It locks in moisture that evaporates quickly post-wash and preps your skin to better absorb the essence or serum that follows. Pair it with the rest of the Hydra line to build a complete hydration routine: cleanser → toner → ampoule → cream.
Morning and evening use
In the morning, use it as your first step to replenish moisture lost overnight. In the evening, apply it right after cleansing to calm and hydrate your skin. Clinically tested to maintain hydration for up to 48 hours, consistent use helps target dehydration from within.
How much to use and how to apply
Dispense a nickel-sized amount onto a cotton pad or into your palm. If applying with your hands, dot the toner onto both cheeks, forehead, and chin, then gently press and smooth outward from the center of your face. On days when your skin feels especially dehydrated, layer it 2–3 times to build up moisture.
Recommended pairings by skin concern
- Dehydrated skin: Follow with Hydra Ampoule to build deeper layers of moisture
- Flaky texture that disrupts makeup: Saturate a cotton pad with toner and gently sweep along your skin's texture, then seal with cream for a smoother finish
- Sensitive, lackluster skin: Coconut water and aloe vera work together to soothe and hydrate at once
Storage and precautions
Once opened, store in a cool place away from direct sunlight. If redness or irritation occurs during use, discontinue and consult a dermatologist.
