CENTELLIAN24 Madeca Cream Time Reverse by Dong-Kook Pharmaceutical is a functional cream formulated with Active-TECA extracted from centella asiatica, concentrated three times higher than the previous formula. As a dual-functional cosmetic for brightening and wrinkle improvement, it rapidly calms skin sensitized by accumulated friction, heat, and UV exposure while supporting firmness. TECA, which yields only 2% from 100 kg of raw centella, is extracted through a 7-step process designed for deep skin absorption.

Madeca Cream Time Reverse is a moisturizer. After prepping your skin with toner and essence, apply this cream as the last step of your routine to seal in the layers beneath and lock in moisture. In the morning, always follow with sunscreen.

Suitable for AM and PM, but here's what to keep in mind

This cream can be used both morning and night. However, because it contains retinol, if you have sensitive skin or are new to retinol, we recommend starting with evening use only. If you do use it in the morning, sunscreen is essential.

Dispense an appropriate amount and smooth gently over skin

Using a spatula or clean fingers, dispense an appropriate amount (about 1 to 2 pearl-sized drops) and dot onto your forehead, both cheeks, nose, and chin. Gently smooth outward from the center of your face, allowing the cream to absorb. Due to the plant-derived TECA ingredient, you may occasionally notice small particles, but this does not affect quality and the product is safe to use.

Layer according to your skin concerns

• Irritated, sensitive skin: Calm skin with a gentle toner, then finish with this cream to help soothe and comfort
• Loss of firmness: Apply a collagen or peptide essence first, then seal it in with this cream for a complete firming routine
• Dark spots and uneven tone: Pair with a vitamin C serum, but because this cream contains retinol, use vitamin C in the morning and this cream in the evening

Retinol-containing product: what to remember

Because this cream contains retinol, if you're new to the ingredient, start by using it 2 to 3 times per week and monitor how your skin responds. Avoid using it on the same day as exfoliating products like AHA or BHA, as this may cause irritation. Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight, and use within 12 months of opening. If redness or itching occurs, discontinue use and consult a dermatologist.
