A cleansing balm is the very first step in your skincare routine—it's your primary cleanser that melts away makeup and sunscreen. On days when you wear heavier makeup, use this product first to dissolve everything, then follow with a foam cleanser for a second cleanse that clears out any residue left deep in your pores.

Your evening routine essential

Use this as your PM cleanser to remove the day's buildup of makeup, sunscreen, and sebum. In the morning, you only need to rinse away the light oils produced overnight, so a gentle foam cleanser on its own is usually enough.

Start with dry hands, dry skin

Scoop out an appropriate amount onto dry hands, then gently massage it over your dry face. The balm texture melts into an oil with your body heat—this is when you can focus on areas prone to blackheads, like around the nose and along the jawline, massaging in circular motions to help dissolve sebum and dead skin cells trapped in your pores. After massaging thoroughly, add a small amount of lukewarm water to emulsify, then rinse clean.

Tailor your next steps to your skin concerns

• If blackheads are your main concern, use a BHA toner 1–2 times a week as your next step to boost pore care
• If your skin feels dry, layer on a deeply hydrating toner and serum immediately after cleansing to lock in moisture
• If you have sensitive skin, follow with a gentle foam cleanser for a light second cleanse, then apply a soothing essence

Hygienic use and storage

The one-touch lid and inner cover help keep the product hygienic. Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight, and discontinue use if you experience any irritation.
