Shake well, then spray from 10–20 cm away

The cream formula may separate, so give the bottle a good shake before each use. Tilt your head slightly back, close your eyes, and hold the bottle 10–20 cm from your face. Spray evenly 4–5 times across your skin. Let the mist settle naturally, or gently press it in with your palms to help it absorb.
