This is a scrub wash designed for use during your cleansing step. Use it in place of your regular foam cleanser on days when your skin needs exfoliation. If you're wearing makeup, remove it first with a cleansing balm or oil, then follow with this as your second cleanse.

Evening routine, 1–2 times per week recommended

Because it contains AHA (exfoliating), BHA (pore-clearing), PHA (gentle exfoliation), and LHA (sebum-regulating), it's best used 1–2 times per week rather than daily. Use it during your evening cleanse, and be sure to apply sunscreen thoroughly the next morning.

Two ways to use, depending on intensity

For light exfoliation, dampen your face with lukewarm water, dispense an appropriate amount, work into a full lather, and cleanse. For a more intensive treatment, skip the lather and massage the gel directly onto areas of concern like the sides of your nose and jawline. Then add water to create foam and rinse thoroughly.

Follow-up routine by skin type

• Oily and combination skin: Follow with a lightweight toner and a hydrating serum to balance oil and moisture
• Dry skin: Apply a deeply hydrating toner immediately after cleansing to prevent tightness, then seal with a cream
• Sensitive skin: Although dermatologist-tested, start with once every two weeks and monitor how your skin responds

Precautions when using acid-based products

Because this contains AHA, BHA, and LHA, avoid using it on the same day as retinol or other exfoliating treatments to prevent irritation. If you experience redness or stinging after use, discontinue and consult a dermatologist. Store at room temperature (20±5°C) away from direct sunlight, and use within 12 months of opening.
