Designed for dry foot care without soaking
This foot file is designed to be used on dry, unsoaked feet. Dry use allows for more precise exfoliation and reduces the risk of skin damage compared to using it on wet skin. Use it on dry feet before showering and rinse afterward, or apply it after showering once your feet are completely dry.
Dual-sided care in the right order
Start with the coarse side (rounded texture) to tackle thick, stubborn calluses, then switch to the fine side (flat texture) to smooth and refine the surface. Glide the file gently in one direction, moving across a wider area rather than focusing too long on one spot. After use, follow up with a generous layer of moisturizing lotion or foot cream to lock in hydration.
Once or twice a week is enough
Rather than trying to remove all calluses in one session, aim for once or twice weekly maintenance. Pressing too hard or repeatedly working the same area can irritate healthy skin, so use a light, sweeping motion.
For calluses and cracked heels, pair with moisture
If you're dealing with cracked heels or stubborn calluses, apply a rich moisturizer after exfoliating and slip on cotton socks overnight for amplified results. For full sole care, take advantage of the 13 cm long surface to work seamlessly from heel to toe in one go.
Clean and store hygienically
After each use, brush away residual skin flakes with the included cleaning brush, rinse under water, and allow the file to dry completely. Store it upright on the dedicated stand to keep it hygienic and add a sleek touch to your bathroom. Avoid using on broken skin or inflamed areas, and stop immediately if you experience pain or stinging during use.
