Relax 45 is a mildly acidic shampoo designed for normal to dry scalps. If your scalp feels dry or has become sensitive from frequent coloring or perming, this is your go-to. If your scalp tends to be oily and you're concerned about scalp odor, try Fresh 55 instead. You can also alternate between the two depending on the season or how your scalp feels that day.

Use morning or night

You can wash your hair any time of day, but we recommend evening cleansing. It removes the dust and sebum that build up throughout the day and lets your scalp breathe. If you've worked out or sweated heavily, it's fine to wash twice a day. The mildly acidic formula is gentle enough for repeated use without stressing your scalp.

Lather well and massage gently

Dispense a moderate amount into your palm, add water, and work into a rich lather before applying to your scalp. Use your fingertips to gently massage the entire scalp, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water after 1 to 2 minutes.
