Smooth the sheet evenly over your face, avoiding the eye and lip areas, and leave on for 15–20 minutes. Once you remove the sheet, gently pat any remaining essence into your skin with your palms. There's plenty of essence in the pouch — feel free to use the extra on your neck or hands.
