Complete your base with foundation and concealer, finish your eye makeup, then apply your lip product. Matte Bloom Tint stains on contact, so you can apply it directly without lip balm. If your lips are very dry, apply a lip balm first, gently blot away excess oils with a tissue, then apply the tint for more vivid color payoff.

Thanks to its watery texture, start by applying to the inner part of your lips, then tap outward with your fingertip to blend. For a sheer, delicate wash of color, apply once.
