Using it after washing away the day's buildup of sebum and impurities helps the nourishing ingredients absorb more effectively into the scalp. You can use it daily, but if your scalp is sensitive or the cooling sensation feels too intense, try every other day and see how your scalp responds.

1–2 pumps, from scalp to ends

Dispense 1–2 pumps into your palm, apply to the scalp first, then work through to the ends. As you gently massage, the clear ampoule will turn into a white cream — press softly into the scalp during this step to help absorption. Leave on for 3–5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
