Spread the balm across your face and massage gently, then add a splash of water to emulsify it into a milky texture before rinsing with lukewarm water. For blackhead-prone areas, extend the massage time slightly, but keep the total cleansing under five minutes.

Storage and usage precautions

The balm melts at body temperature, so store it in a cool place between 10–30°C, away from direct sunlight. If the formula softens slightly, pop it in the fridge briefly to firm it back up. After each use, wipe any moisture from the dispenser opening and the inside of the cap, then press the cap down firmly until it clicks shut. This fragrance-free formula has been dermatologist-tested and is suitable for sensitive skin, but if you experience redness or discomfort during use, discontinue and consult a dermatologist.
