The first step in base makeup: foundation application
This brush is designed specifically for foundation use, right after skincare, sunscreen, and primer. It's made to spread liquid or cream foundation evenly and thinly across the entire face — a key tool that defines the quality of your base makeup.
Work from the center outward, finish with gentle tapping
Pick up a small amount of foundation on the brush tips, then sweep outward from the center of your face, following the natural contours. Thanks to its rounded design, it reaches curved areas like the sides of the nose, under-eye, and corners of the mouth with precision. Once you've applied all over, lightly tap with the flat side of the brush to blend seamlessly without streaking. The technique is forgiving and intuitive, even for beginners.
How to clean and dry after use
Brushes used with liquid or cream formulas should be washed at least once a week. Dilute a brush cleanser or gentle shampoo in lukewarm water, swirl the bristles gently to clean, then lay the brush flat on a towel to air-dry — never squeeze out the water. The clamping assembly keeps the ferrule and handle secure, but drying upright can allow water to seep inside, so always dry flat.
Best for liquid and cream foundations
The densely packed, specially treated synthetic bristles work beautifully with liquid and cream foundations. You can also use it to apply BB cream or cushion foundation scooped onto the brush. For powder foundation, we recommend a dedicated powder brush instead.
Protect the bristle shape with the included cover
A premium brush cover is included — use it during storage to prevent the bristles from losing their shape. Keep the brush in a cool place away from heat and direct sunlight, and for hygiene reasons, avoid sharing with others. If the bristles start to splay or the product no longer applies evenly, it's time to replace the brush.
