Daily use or 2–3 times a week

If you have oily hair, daily use is fine, but adjusting to 2–3 times a week based on your hair's condition works just as well. If your hair feels damaged or dry, increase the frequency. You can use it after shampooing anytime—morning or evening shower.

From mid-lengths to ends, evenly distributed

After shampooing, gently squeeze out excess water and dispense an appropriate amount into your hands. Focus on applying it evenly from the mid-lengths to the ends of your hair, rather than the scalp. Wait 2–3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water for a clean, non-greasy finish that feels soft and light.
