From toner step to spot care in one go
This is a spot care solution designed to be used right after cleansing, at the toner stage. Rather than applying it all over like a regular toner, we recommend using it as a targeted treatment on areas where breakouts have appeared. Follow with your usual essence, serum, and moisturizer routine.
Suitable for morning and evening use
In the morning, target spots that surfaced overnight. In the evening, focus on areas where sebum and impurities have built up throughout the day. A 4-week clinical study showed improvements of 47% in skin oil levels, 50% in open comedones, and 59% in closed comedones.
Tap gently with a cotton pad or swab
Dispense an appropriate amount onto a cotton pad or swab and tap gently onto areas that need care. Switching to this method instead of picking or squeezing breakouts with your fingers helps minimize skin irritation. For best results, use it as a spot treatment rather than applying it all over the face.
Recommended combinations by skin type
- Oily skin: After spot care with AT Solution, finish with a lightweight hydrating gel to help balance oil and moisture levels
- Sensitive skin: If you experience irritation, try pairing it with AS Solution from the same line
- Combination skin: We recommend using it only on breakout-prone areas in the T-zone, and caring for the cheeks with a hydrating toner
Precautions when using AHA ingredients
This product contains lactic acid (AHA, an exfoliating ingredient). If you're new to it, start with 2–3 times a week and monitor how your skin responds. Using it on the same day as retinol products may cause irritation, so it's best to separate them by time of day. While it passed a 24-hour skin irritation test with a non-irritating result, discontinue use if you experience discomfort and consult a dermatologist.
