Use on freshly cleansed skin, after toner

Modeling packs work best when applied right after toning. This preps your skin for better absorption of the active ingredients. Skip essence or serum before the pack — they can interfere with adherence. Cleanse, tone, then apply.

Mix powder and water 1:1, and work quickly

In a rubber bowl, combine 1 cup of powder with 1 cup of water. Use a spatula to mix thoroughly until smooth and lump-free. The alginate starts to set as soon as it hits water, so aim to blend everything within 30 seconds. Getting the ratio right is key — too runny or too thick, and the pack won't adhere properly.

Start with larger areas first, and avoid the eye zone

Apply to cheeks, jawline, forehead, then nose — working from the largest areas inward helps you cover your entire face before the pack begins to set. Keep it away from the eye contour and lips, and aim for an even 3–5 mm layer all over. This ensures the pack lifts off cleanly in one piece.

After 15–20 minutes, peel gently from bottom to top

Once fully set, start at the jawline and slowly lift upward toward the forehead. If any residue remains, gently brush it away with a konjac sponge or soft pad. Finish with a moisturizer to lock in hydration and prevent moisture loss.
