A Gentler Way to Remove Hair at Home: Sugar-Based Waxing
Sugaring is a hair removal method based on sugar, and it works relatively gently on the skin. The Regular type comes in a generous 150g size, perfect for body hair removal on arms, legs, underarms, and more. Even if you're new to at-home waxing, you can complete the process in just 10 minutes.
Evening, After Showering: The Best Time to Wax
We recommend waxing in the evening, as skin can become temporarily sensitive afterward. A warm shower opens up your pores, making hair easier to remove, and your skin naturally recovers while you sleep. Choose a time when you're not rushing out the door.
Apply Thinly in the Direction of Hair Growth
Make sure the area is completely dry, then scoop out a small amount. Spread it thinly and evenly in the direction of hair growth. Once it sets slightly, hold your skin taut and quickly pull it off in the opposite direction of hair growth. The key is to remove hair cleanly in one go—repeating on the same area multiple times can increase irritation.
Before and After Care Routine
- 2–3 days before: Exfoliate with a body scrub to help prevent ingrown hairs
- Day of: Do not apply lotion or body oil before waxing
- Right after: Soothe skin with aloe gel or a fragrance-free calming product
Pre-Use Checklist and Storage
Avoid areas with moles, cuts, or inflammation. If you have sensitive skin, we recommend patch-testing on a discreet area first. For 48 hours after waxing, avoid saunas, swimming pools, and exfoliating scrubs, and opt for loose-fitting clothing over tight garments. Store in a cool, dry place, and discontinue use if redness or itching persists.
