Tea Tree Scalp Water Scaler is a scalp-specific cleanser designed to be used before shampooing. It works to dissolve stubborn scalp buildup and excess sebum that regular shampoo can't fully remove. You can use it on its own as a standalone cleanser, or for a more thorough scalp care routine, follow up with your regular shampoo after the scaler.

Use 2–5 Times Per Week Based on Scalp Type

For dry scalps, we recommend using it 2–3 times per week. For oily scalps, 3–5 times per week is ideal. The formula has completed sensitivity testing, so it's gentle enough for daily use on sensitive scalps—just adjust the frequency based on how your scalp feels. On days when scalp odor or sebum production is more noticeable, feel free to use it as needed.

Direct Application with Pointed Cap

Thoroughly wet your scalp and hair with lukewarm water, then use the pointed cap to apply the product directly onto your scalp, section by section. Gently massage with your fingertips for 3–5 minutes to allow the tea tree leaf extract and black willow bark extract (naturally derived BHA) to dissolve sebum and dead skin buildup. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.

Tailored Routines for Different Scalp Concerns

• If scalp odor is your concern: Follow the scaler with a cooling shampoo, then finish with a scalp tonic for added soothing care
• If excess sebum and buildup are your concern: Use the scaler followed by a lightweight shampoo only, and apply conditioner or treatment to the ends of your hair

Precautions and Storage

The formula contains menthol for a refreshing cooling sensation, but avoid applying it to any areas where the scalp is broken or irritated. If the product gets into your eyes, rinse immediately with water. Always rinse thoroughly after use. Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight, and use within 12 months of opening.
