After toner, during the essence or serum step
This serum is designed to be used after cleansing and toning to prep your skin. With 10% niacinamide and 10,000 ppm vitamin C derivative, it absorbs best when applied to hydrated skin rather than bare skin. Follow with toner first to create a moisture cushion, then apply the serum. Finish with your moisturizer.
Suitable for both morning and evening use
The vitamin C derivative in this formula, ethyl ascorbyl ether, is a stabilized form that's safe for daytime use. In the morning, it helps even tone and prepares skin for sun protection. In the evening, it targets dullness that builds up throughout the day. Always follow with sunscreen when using in your morning routine.
Dispense 2 to 3 drops and gently press into skin
Use the dropper to dispense 2 to 3 drops into your palm, then dot onto both cheeks, forehead, and chin. Cup your face with both palms and gently press the serum into skin until absorbed. It finishes lightweight with no sticky residue. For areas with dark spots or hyperpigmentation, apply an additional layer for targeted care.
Routine pairings by skin concern
- Dull complexion: Pair with a vitamin C toner to amplify brightening results
- Dark spots and hyperpigmentation: Use alongside a niacinamide sheet mask for intensive care
- Dry skin concerns: The 3% panthenol helps soothe and hydrate, but layering a rich moisturizer on top will lock in even more moisture
