Saturate a cotton pad and gently sweep across skin

Soak a cotton pad generously with toner, then gently sweep it across your face following the direction of your skin's texture. Pat any remaining toner into your skin with your palms for a fresh, lightweight finish. On particularly dry days, feel free to reapply 2–3 times to layer in extra hydration.
