Last step in your skincare routine, essential before heading out
Sunscreen is the final step in your skincare routine. Apply it after your toner, essence, and moisturizer have fully absorbed so the UV protection layer can form evenly across your skin. If you're wearing makeup, wait until the sunscreen has settled into skin before applying your base.
Morning routine only, apply 15 minutes before sun exposure
UV protection products are for morning use only. Apply 15 to 20 minutes before going outside to allow full adherence to skin. For extended outdoor activities, reapply every 2 to 3 hours for continued protection. Even indoors, UVA rays can pass through windows, so don't skip it if you're near one.
Apply evenly across face and neck
Dispense an appropriate amount into your palm, dot it onto your forehead, both cheeks, nose, and chin, then gently blend outward from the center of your face. Don't forget your neck, behind your ears, and along your hairline—these areas are easy to miss. The lightweight formula absorbs without stickiness and won't interfere with makeup application.
Pairing with targeted skincare routines
- For brightening care: Layer a vitamin C serum underneath, then finish with this sunscreen to amplify tone-evening benefits.
- For anti-aging care: Use a retinol product in the evening, then apply this sunscreen in the morning to shield skin from UV damage.
- For sensitive skin: Calm skin with a soothing essence first, then gently press the sunscreen in to minimize irritation.
Usage precautions
This formula contains niacinamide, which layers well with most ingredients, but if your skin feels reactive on a given day, watch for signs of redness. Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight. If you experience red spots, itching, or other unusual reactions during use, discontinue immediately and consult a dermatologist.
