What to know before you use it

This is a propel-type pencil, which means once you twist it forward, it won't retract. The trick is to twist up only as much as you need each time. Because it's a gel formula, always cap it tightly after use—exposure to air can cause it to dry out. We recommend this liner if you love the soft application of gel but find traditional pots too fussy, or if you're looking for a brown liner with just the right amount of pearl.

Keep it from drying out

Always cap tightly after use to prevent the gel tip from hardening. Since it's a waterproof formula, remove with an eye makeup remover: soak a cotton pad, press gently onto the eye area for a few seconds, then wipe away cleanly without tugging.
