After Base Makeup, Before Brows
Use this pencil after you've completed your skincare routine and base makeup, including foundation. Thanks to its hard texture, it won't glide smoothly on bare skin—it needs a slightly emollient base to deliver natural color payoff. Applying it directly onto brows allows you to follow the natural hair direction and create delicate, hair-like strokes.
Sharpen to Your Preferred Thickness
Sharpen the pencil into a flat, chisel shape: the thin edge lets you draw fine, hair-like strokes, while the wider surface fills in sparse areas naturally. Start sharpening about 3–4 cm from the tip, exposing around 1.5 cm of the core. Flatten both sides, then angle the top diagonally. Gently rub the tip on paper to smooth it out for softer application. A sharpener makes this process much easier.
Brow Looks for Every Occasion
- For everyday wear, lightly fill in sparse areas only to keep your look soft and natural.
- For the office, keep the inner brow light and define the tail more clearly for a polished, put-together impression.
- For evening plans or special occasions, define the entire brow shape with precision for a refined, sophisticated finish.
Pairing with Hair Color
Timberwolf is a dark brown shade that complements natural brown hair beautifully. Pair it with brown eyeshadow in a similar tone or soft beige eye makeup for a cohesive, harmonious look. For lips, nude pink or rosy brown shades create a naturally balanced finish.
Storage and Removal Tips for Longevity
The hard texture means it won't wear down quickly and will last a long time. After sharpening, always close the cap tightly to prevent the core from breaking. A regular cleanser is usually enough to remove it, but if you want a thorough cleanse, soak a cotton swab in a point remover and gently wipe along the direction of your brow hairs.
