Use right after showering, on towel-dried skin
Body mist is the step that comes before body lotion or cream in your body care routine. After showering, gently pat your skin dry with a towel, then spray while your skin is still slightly damp — this helps the tea tree absorb more effectively. If you need extra moisture, follow up with a lightweight body lotion.
Morning and evening use
In the morning, spritz it on your back and chest before heading out to keep skin feeling fresh. In the evening, use it after showering to help manage the oil and buildup from the day. On workout days or after sweating, an extra spray delivers a cooling, refreshing sensation.
Spray 2–3 times on areas that need soothing
Hold the bottle 15–20 cm away and spray 2–3 times onto body spots prone to breakouts — back, chest, shoulders. For hard-to-reach areas like your back, use a mirror or test if the nozzle sprays upside down. No need to rub it in — it absorbs naturally.
Targeted tips for body concerns
- Recurring back breakouts: Use consistently morning and evening, and exfoliate with a body scrub 1–2 times a week for better results
- Chest or shoulder breakouts: These areas trap sweat easily, so reapply after workouts too
- On the go or traveling: The 100 ml size is travel-friendly and perfect for quick touch-ups whenever you need it
