During Your Shower: The Exfoliation Step

Body scrub is the exfoliation step in your shower routine, typically done alongside cleansing. This formula transforms from scrub to bubble, so it cleanses and exfoliates in one step without needing a separate body wash. It's especially effective on areas prone to buildup like elbows, knees, and heels.

Use 1–2 Times Per Week in the Evening

Once or twice a week is ideal rather than daily use. If your skin tends to be dry or sensitive, start with once a week. If you have oily skin or experience more buildup, you can increase to twice weekly. Evening showers work best, giving you time to follow up with a thorough moisturizing routine after exfoliating.

Massage Gently onto Damp Skin

Give the bottle a gentle shake before use to mix the formula. The high concentration of walnut shell powder may cause some separation, which is completely normal. Dispense a generous amount into your hands and massage onto damp skin in circular motions for 30 seconds to 1 minute, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
