Dual-sided design to match your level of buildup
This foot file features two different grit levels—one on each side. When you have thicker, stubborn buildup, start with the coarse side to smooth things down. For regular maintenance or a finishing touch, flip to the fine side. You get two levels of care in one tool, so there's no need to switch between products.
Use 1–2 times per week, ideally in the evening
Foot care works best in the evening, right after a shower or foot soak. Instead of daily use, aim for once or twice a week. If your feet don't build up much roughness, the fine side alone may be all you need.
Soak in warm water first, then gently buff
Before you begin, soak your feet in warm water for 5–10 minutes to soften the skin. Then hold the file against your foot and gently buff in one direction to slough away buildup.
- For thicker areas like heels or the sides of your big toes, start with the coarse side
- For the rest of your soles or between toes, finish with the fine side
- Use light, massage-like strokes—don't press too hard
Follow with foot cream for extra softness
After buffing, apply a generous layer of moisturizing foot cream. Freshly smoothed skin absorbs product much more effectively. If your feet tend to be very dry, slip on a pair of cotton socks after applying cream and leave them on overnight—you'll wake up to noticeably softer feet.
Rinse and dry completely after each use
After use, rinse the file thoroughly under running water and let it air-dry completely in a cool, dry spot. Storing it while still damp can affect hygiene and shorten the tool's lifespan. Its slim, compact size makes it easy to tuck into a pouch for travel or on-the-go touch-ups.
