Use at the base makeup stage
After completing your skincare routine and applying sunscreen, it's time for foundation. If you use a primer, apply this product right after the primer. If not, apply it directly after sunscreen. Once foundation is applied, use concealer for targeted coverage and finish with powder to complete your base.
How to apply thinly with the built-in spatula
Before use, gently shake the container to evenly mix the formula. Remove the spatula attached to the container, pick up an appropriate amount of foundation, then hold the spatula at a 90-degree angle and spread the product thinly from the center of your face outward. After application, gently pat with your fingers or a puff to help it adhere. Rather than applying a thick layer all at once, build thin layers gradually for a smoother skin finish.
Adjusting coverage to suit the occasion
For everyday makeup, apply just one thin layer to maintain a natural skin texture. For the office or important occasions, layering two coats will enhance coverage of dark spots and tone-evening effects. The semi-matte finish means if you prefer a more hydrating base, be sure to focus on deep hydration during your skincare step.
Products that work well together
- If pores or uneven texture are a concern, apply a primer first to smooth the surface
- Setting lightly with loose powder after foundation will improve lasting power
- Use concealer to touch up areas that need extra coverage
Hygiene and storage
After use, gently wipe the spatula with a tissue or makeup wipe before reattaching it to the container. If you close it without cleaning, product may transfer to the container opening and come off during the next use. Use within 12 months of opening and store in a cool place away from direct sunlight. When cleansing, first dissolve the foundation with makeup remover or cleansing oil, then finish with a foam cleanser for a thorough removal.
