You can use it anytime, but applying it right after showering, before your skin is fully dry, boosts absorption. The key is to gently pat off excess water with a towel, then apply the oil immediately while skin is still slightly damp.

Warm it in your palms before smoothing it on

Dispense a small amount into your palms and rub your hands together to warm the oil with your body heat. Smooth it over your entire body in long, sweeping motions, then reapply to rough, dry areas like elbows, knees, and heels. You can also work a tiny amount through dry, split ends as a hair oil.
