Pull skin taut and remove in one swift motion

Separate the two sides of the strip, then press it firmly onto skin in the direction of hair growth using the palm of your hand. When removing, hold the skin taut and pull the strip back quickly in the opposite direction of hair growth, keeping it as close to parallel with the skin as possible.
