Easy to incorporate into your at-home routine

Using it is simple.

Position the contoured section under your chin so the acupressure points make contact with your face. Pull both ears through the openings, then secure the band at the crown using the velcro closure. Wear for 15 to 20 minutes daily, gently pressing on the acupressure points as you go.

To clean, hand wash separately under running water and air-dry in the shade. Avoid wearing during sleep, and discontinue use immediately if any irritation occurs.

After skincare, during your at-home self-care time

Apply to clean skin after cleansing and completing your skincare routine. Wait until creams or oils are fully absorbed so the band stays in place without slipping. Perfect for relaxing moments like watching TV or reading.

Secure from chin to crown in order

Position your chin in the contoured section, then adjust so all 8 acupressure points make contact with your face. Pull both ears through the openings, then fasten the Velcro strap at the crown. After securing, gently press the acupressure points with your fingertips to help stimulate pressure points.

15–20 minutes daily, never during sleep

Recommended wear time is 15–20 minutes per day. Wearing it longer may irritate the skin, so please stick to the time limit. Never wear while sleeping, and discontinue use immediately if you experience any discomfort.

Hand wash only, air dry in shade

After each use, hand wash separately under running water. Machine washing or spin drying can deform the silicone material. If disinfecting with hot water, take care to avoid burns. Always air dry in a shaded area.
