Use right after swimming, during your body wash step
For best results, use it in the shower immediately after leaving the pool. The longer chlorine sits on your skin, the more dryness and irritation it can cause, so rinsing it off quickly is key. You can use it daily like a regular body wash, but make it a must on swim days.
Morning or evening—just use it right after your swim
It doesn't matter what time you swim. Just use it in the shower as soon as you're out of the pool. Whether it's after a morning or evening session, lather up right away to wash off chlorine residue. In a clinical study, body odor improved by 92.75% immediately after use.
Work up a rich lather and massage all over
Wet your hands or a shower towel thoroughly, pump out a generous amount, and work it into a rich foam. Once you've built up a soft, cushiony lather, massage it gently all over your body. Pay extra attention to areas where chlorine tends to cling—swimsuit lines, underarms, and the back of your neck—then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
Post-swim routine by skin type
- Dry, tight skin: Follow up with Ondadasi Body Lotion right after washing to lock in moisture
- Frequently sensitive skin: The silicone-free formula is gentle and non-irritating, while ceramides and centella asiatica extract help soothe
- Lingering chlorine smell: Let the lather sit on your skin for about a minute before rinsing for more effective odor control
