Apply from mid-lengths to ends on towel-dried hair

After shampooing, gently squeeze out excess water. Take a generous amount in your hands and work it evenly through the mid-lengths to ends, focusing on the most damaged areas. Avoid direct contact with the scalp, and massage it in gently. For everyday use, you can rinse immediately, but if you want deeper care, leave it on for 2 to 5 minutes before rinsing thoroughly with lukewarm water for longer-lasting softness.
