Use after styling permed hair
Curling cream is designed to be used at the final stage of styling, after you've cleansed and conditioned your hair. For best absorption and to enhance natural curls and volume, apply it to towel-dried hair that's about 70–80% dry.
Morning styling or evening intensive care
Use it in the morning to define your style, or in the evening as an intensive treatment for damaged hair. If you have permed hair, apply a small amount each morning to revive your waves. On days when your hair feels especially stressed from coloring or heat styling, apply generously in the evening to replenish moisture and nutrients.
How much to use and how to apply
- For shoulder-length hair, dispense about the size of a 500-won coin into your palm and warm it slightly with your body heat
- Apply from mid-lengths to ends, wrapping the product around each section. For curled areas, twist gently around your fingers to boost bounce
- Avoid direct contact with the scalp, and let hair air-dry or use a diffuser on a low setting
Tips by hair condition
If you've just had a perm, use daily until your waves fully set to help maintain curl definition. For hair that feels dry and brittle from coloring, layer this cream over your conditioner to lock in a moisture barrier. If you frequently use heat tools, apply a small amount before blow-drying to help reduce heat damage.
Storage and usage notes
Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight, and make sure to close the cap tightly after each use. If you experience itching or irritation on the scalp, discontinue use and rinse thoroughly. Because it's a cream formula, a little goes a long way—start with a small amount and adjust until you find the right dose for your hair.
