Choose the right brush for each makeup step
Use the Eye Base Brush to sweep base color across the entire lid, and the Eye Point Brush to apply accent shades to the outer corner or lower lash line. The Blusher Brush is ideal for cheek color application, while the Lip Smudge Brush is perfect for finishing touches on lip makeup.
How to use each brush
- Eye Base Brush: Sweep across the lid in broad strokes to lay down an even wash of base color
- Eye Point Brush: Tap gently onto the outer corner or crease to build color payoff, then softly blend the edges with circular motions
- Blusher Brush: Lightly sweep onto the apple of the cheeks, then blend outward toward the temple for a natural finish
- Lip Smudge Brush: Gently blend along the lip edges to create a soft, diffused overlip effect
Clean your brushes regularly to keep them in top condition
Synthetic bristle brushes should be washed about once a week with a dedicated brush cleanser or gentle shampoo. Swirl the bristles in lukewarm water, rinse thoroughly, then lay flat on a towel to air-dry. Never dry brushes upright, as water can seep into the handle and loosen the ferrule.
Best suited for powder formulas
Thanks to their synthetic bristles, these brushes work beautifully with powder eyeshadows and powder blushers. If you use them with cream or liquid formulas, product can clump between the bristles, so wipe them clean immediately after use.
Store with care to extend their lifespan
Use the included pouch or brush guards to protect the bristle shape. Keep brushes away from direct contact with other cosmetics, and store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Replace your brush when bristles start to splay or color payoff becomes uneven.
