This solid serum is formulated with 58.55% ice plant extract, a resilient succulent native to the Namib Desert in Southern Africa that forms translucent water crystals on its leaves even in extreme drought. It delivers minerals and hydration quickly to skin sensitized by environmental stress, helping to calm and restore. The aqua cream texture is never heavy or sticky—it rolls smoothly across the skin and absorbs fast.

120-hour fermented oil for deeper absorption

To help the serum's nourishing actives penetrate deeper, we use oil fermented for 120 hours. Fermented oil has a lighter feel and better skin affinity than conventional oil, leaving a fresh, non-greasy finish. The serum is crafted using a 36-hour slow cold-press method that locks in nutrients and moisture without compromising potency.

For sensitive skin with disrupted oil-moisture balance

Enriched with evening primrose, kudzu root, and pine needle extracts that help regulate sebum production, this serum supports balanced hydration and oil control. It's especially suited for skin that's red or dehydrated from environmental stress, or combination skin that feels dry yet oily at the same time.

After toner, before moisturizer — in the serum step

This pressed serum belongs in your essence/serum step. After cleansing, prep skin with toner, glide on this product, then seal it in with your moisturizer. The aqua-cream texture is rich enough to replace a separate essence, so you can complete your serum step with this alone.

Morning and evening use

Because it's formulated to calm skin sensitized by external stressors, you can use it twice daily without concern. It's especially helpful in your evening routine after a day of UV and pollution exposure, helping to restore tired, reactive skin.

Roll the solid surface directly onto skin

Glide the solid serum directly from the jar onto your face in gentle rolling motions. Sweep it across your forehead, both cheeks, nose, and chin, then press lightly with your palms to help it absorb. It sinks in quickly with no sticky residue. For areas that feel warm or irritated, press and hold for a moment to maximize the cooling effect.

Recommended layering by skin concern

• Sensitive and dry: Layer a gentle toner → this serum → a calming moisturizer to rebuild your moisture barrier
• Oily and shiny: After a lightweight watery toner, this serum alone can help balance oil and hydration
• Targeting firmness too: Alternate or layer with the Tundra Chaga Serum from the same line for enhanced results

Storage and usage notes

Because of its solid format, the serum may soften in high heat — store it in a cool, dry place. If you experience redness or stinging during use, discontinue and consult a dermatologist.
