Soften-Push-Nourish: 3-Step At-Home Cuticle Care
Use before applying nail polish, or whenever your bare nails need a refresh. Removing the white, flaky loose skin that clings to the nail surface helps polish glide on more evenly and gives your nails a noticeably cleaner, more polished look.
How to Soften and Push Back Like a Steam Treatment
Start by applying the cuticle remover along the cuticle line at the base of each nail. Wait 1 to 2 minutes to let the loose skin soften. Then, using the crystal pen pusher, gently push from the base of the nail toward the tip to lift away the softened cuticle. The key is to use a light touch—pressing too hard can damage the nail.
Finish by Locking in Nourishment with Oil
Once you've removed the excess cuticle, massage a drop of Steam Cuticle Oil into each freshly cleaned cuticle until absorbed. Golden olive oil, panthenol, and ceramides deliver nourishment to dry, exposed cuticle areas.
Once or Twice a Week for Best Results
Rather than daily use, aim for a regular routine once or twice a week. In between, apply the oil as needed to prevent cuticle dryness, and reach for the remover and pusher only when loose skin becomes visibly built up.
Tool Care and Storage Tips
Wipe the crystal pen pusher with an alcohol pad after each use to keep it hygienic. Store the remover and oil in a cool place away from direct sunlight, and always close the caps tightly to prevent the formulas from drying out or oxidizing.
