90-day fermentation unlocks antioxidant power

Job's tears, rice bran, mung bean, and black soybean are aged for 90 days through lactic acid and yeast fermentation to amplify the antioxidant strength of γ-oryzanol. This is paired with a C+E+F antioxidant network.
