After Base Makeup, During the Contouring Step
Use after you've finished your foundation and concealer base. Apply shading before setting powder for a soft, diffused shadow, or after setting powder for sharper definition. Beyond nose contouring, this brush also works beautifully for hairline shading or applying highlighter along the bridge of your nose.
Precise Application with the Angled Shape
Load the brush with shading powder, then tap once on the back of your hand to control the amount. Place the longer edge of the angled bristles at the inner corner of your brow and gently sweep down along the sides of your nose. For the area beside your nostrils, tilt the brush slightly and blend in circular motions to create dimension at the tip. When applying highlighter down the bridge, hold the brush vertically for a fine, controlled stroke.
Weekly Cleansing to Maintain Softness
Clean your natural hair brush (Siberian squirrel) once a week with a dedicated brush cleanser or gentle shampoo. Dissolve cleanser in lukewarm water and swirl the bristles gently to wash, then lay the brush flat on a towel to air-dry—never squeeze out the water. Drying upright can cause water to seep into the handle and weaken the adhesive at the ferrule.
Perfect Match for Powder Formulas
Thanks to its soft natural bristles, this brush works best with powder shading and powder highlighters. Cream or stick formulas may clump in the bristles, so for cream contouring, we recommend using a sponge or synthetic brush instead.
Protect the Brush Shape with the Included Cover
Store your brush with the protective cover provided to preserve the angled shape. Keep it in a cool place away from direct sunlight and high heat. Replace the brush when bristles start to splay or color payoff begins to fade.
