Right After Base Makeup, During the Cheek Color Step
Apply blush after completing your base with foundation and concealer. For a lightweight, fresh finish, apply over setting powder. For a more dewy, hydrated look, apply directly onto foundation. You can also use it for contouring or as a face powder.
Roll and Tap with the Broad Side of the Brush
Load the brush with powder, then tap once on the back of your hand or a tissue to control the amount. Smile to locate the apple of your cheek, then gently tap the broad side of the brush onto that spot. Blend by rolling the brush in circular motions, as if wrapping around your cheekbone. Thanks to the full, dense bristles, you'll achieve an even, natural gradient without pressing hard.
Keep It Clean with Weekly Washing
Wash your natural hair brush 1–2 times a week using a dedicated brush cleanser or gentle shampoo. Dissolve cleanser in lukewarm water and gently swirl the bristles to clean. Do not squeeze out excess water—lay the brush flat on a towel to air dry. Drying upright can cause water to seep into the handle and damage the adhesive.
Works Best with Powder Formulas
The soft goat hair bristles are ideal for powder blush, contour, and face powder. Avoid using with cream formulas, as product can clump in the bristles. For cream blush, we recommend a sponge or synthetic brush instead.
Protect the Bristle Shape with the Included Cover
Store your brush with the protective cover provided to prevent the bristles from losing their shape. Keep in a cool place away from heat and direct sunlight, and do not share with others for hygiene reasons. Replace your brush when bristles start to fray or color payoff diminishes.
