In the morning, apply a thin layer for daily maintenance. At night, apply a thicker layer for intensive care. If using in the morning, allow it to fully absorb before applying sunscreen and makeup. Apply generously before bed to help calm skin over the next 6 hours.

Apply sparingly to targeted areas

After cleansing and completing your basic skincare routine, dab a small amount directly onto spots that need attention. For overall calming, you can also mix it into your moisturizer. For a two-step approach, start with a toner pad to calm skin, then follow with the spot cream.
