Cellover 1984. Scarlett is a perfume shampoo designed for severely damaged hair weakened by bleaching or frequent heat styling. Infused with Sam-Heuk-Su, a triple-black extract from black germinated brown rice, black sesame, and black soybean, it targets hair strengthening, shine, and hair loss prevention. Black germinated brown rice promotes hair growth factor (HGF) to help hair grow thicker, while keratin and tryptophan from black sesame deliver healthy shine to your strands. Cysteine found in black soybeans is an essential component for hair growth and helps prevent hair loss.
