How to create an IN & OUT gradient

Apply the IN color to the inner part of your lips first, then layer the OUT color on the outer edges. Blend the boundary naturally with your fingertip or by pressing your lips together. Because the formula is highly pigmented with powder, the key is to twist up the bullet just slightly and apply with a light touch. Avoid pressing hard or extending the bullet too far, as it may break.
