A wipe-off toner pad used right after cleansing
This is a peeling pad designed to be used at the toner step, right after cleansing. It gently sweeps away lingering impurities and dead skin cells that cleansing alone can miss, prepping your skin to better absorb the essence or serum that follows. Use it as the second step in your skincare routine, either in place of toner or just before it.
Best used in the evening, 1–2 times per week
With 1000ppm BHA, an ingredient that dissolves buildup inside pores, daily use may lead to sensitivity. Stick to 1–2 times per week during your evening routine, and adjust frequency based on how your skin feels. You can also use it lightly in the morning when you need a quick skin-smoothing step before makeup.
Use both sides for targeted care
Slip the pad between your fingers and gently wipe from the center of your face outward.
- Embossed side: Sweep across the entire face for light hydration and texture smoothing
- Gauze side: Focus on areas prone to buildup, like the sides of your nose, chin, and behind your ears
Using both sides of one pad gives you the most efficient routine.
Pairing tips by skin type
For oily or combination skin, a lightweight hydrating essence after the pad is often enough. If you have dry skin, follow up with a calming toner containing heartleaf or centella, then seal it in with your moisturizer. If sebum and pores are your main concerns, use this pad 1–2 times per week and rely on a gentle toner on other days to keep things balanced.
Precautions when using BHA
Overusing BHA can lead to dryness, so it's best not to exceed 1–2 times per week. Avoid layering it with retinol or other exfoliating products on the same day to prevent irritation. While this product has been tested for sensitivity, those with delicate skin should patch-test along the jawline first. If you experience redness or stinging, discontinue use immediately.
