Pick up a small amount of lip product on the silicone tip, then sweep it from the center of your lips outward. For a gradient lip, apply color to the inner lips, then tap along the edges with the rounded side of the tip to softly diffuse the line. To create an overlip effect, lightly smudge just beyond your natural lip line for a seamless finish.
