- Behind the ears: Roll gently in circles to revive tired senses
- Nape and trapezius: Press firmly with the massage ball to release tight muscles
- Inside of the wrist: Roll on, then bring your nose close and inhale deeply for calmer breathing

Try It in These Moments
Apply to your temples or wrists before studying, working, reading, or driving to refresh your focus. Before bed, roll lightly onto the nape of your neck to help close out a tense day. Rolling onto dry areas also delivers the signature dewy moisture of an oil.
Notes on Essential Oil Use
This blend contains six essential oils: frankincense, cedarwood, rosemary, lavender, peppermint, and eucalyptus. Avoid the eye area and mucous membranes. If you have sensitive skin, test a small amount on the inside of your wrist first. Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight, and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
