After toner, before cream — in the serum step
Vita B3 Source is a serum designed to be used right after cleansing and toning. Its lightweight, water-like texture absorbs best when applied before essences or creams. Follow with a moisturizer, and in the morning, always finish with sunscreen.
Safe for daily use, morning and night
The niacinamide and arbutin combination is gentle enough for twice-daily use. Dermatologist-tested with 0.0% irritation score, this gentle formula is suitable for sensitive skin and daily, long-term use. If you're new to the product, start with a small amount and monitor how your skin responds.
Dispense with the dropper and apply gently
Use the dropper to dispense 2–3 drops onto your palm, then gently smooth over the entire face. For areas with dark spots or hyperpigmentation, apply a second layer for targeted care. The non-sticky, water-based formula absorbs seamlessly and layers well with the rest of your routine.
Recommended pairings by skin concern
- For a dull complexion: Alternate with a vitamin C serum by time of day. Use vitamin C in the morning and B3 Source at night for brightening synergy.
- For post-breakout marks: Calm skin with a soothing toner first, then apply B3 Source and seal with a lightweight moisturizer.
- For melasma and dark spots together: Pair with a melanin-targeting cream to address pigmentation from multiple angles.
Important notes for high-concentration niacinamide use
This product contains 10% niacinamide. If you're new to high-concentration actives, start with a small amount and adjust based on your skin's tolerance. In rare cases, arbutin may cause mild itching or small bumps. If any adverse reaction occurs, discontinue use and consult a dermatologist. Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight and keep out of reach of children.
