Prep the adhesive surface with top coat or glue first
Once your nail color is fully cured, apply a small amount of top coat or nail glue to the area where you'll place the stone. For gel nails, position the stones after curing your color layer but before applying top gel—this way, you can secure everything in one final cure.
Use a wood stick or acrylic stick for precise placement
Dip the tip of a wood stick or acrylic stick into a bit of top coat to easily pick up even the smallest stones. Place the stone where you want it, press gently to secure, then seal around the edges with another layer of top gel or top coat to prevent lifting.
Different sizes and shapes offer different design possibilities
- 1.5–2mm small stones: Line them along the French tip or cuticle line for delicate detail, or use as subtle accents
- 3–4mm medium stones: Perfect as a solo statement piece at the center or corner of the nail
- Half pearls and ring pearls: Ideal for bridal nails or elegant office looks with a soft, refined shimmer
- Metal studs and bead balls: Great for casual or trend-forward mix-and-match designs
Store in the case to keep everything organized
Each 6cm round case is divided into compartments by type—just close the lid after use to keep stones secure. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve the coating and shine.
A proper seal is key to preventing stones from falling off
Always coat the entire nail with top gel or top coat after applying stones. Pay extra attention to raised elements like cubic stones or ring pearls—seal around the sides thoroughly to minimize snagging or lifting during daily activities. Wearing gloves while washing dishes or showering will help your nail art last even longer.
