Angled cut follows the natural contour of your cheeks
Use after you've finished your base with foundation and concealer, during the blush step. You can apply it before or after setting powder, but layering it over powder gives you a lighter, more breathable color payoff.
Use the angled side and narrow edge strategically
Load the brush with blush, then tap once on the back of your hand to control the amount. For a sheer wash of color, lay the angled side flat against the apple of your cheek and sweep along your cheekbone. For more vibrant pigmentation, hold the brush upright and use the narrow edge to tap and build color gradually. The rounded angled cut hugs the curves of your face for streak-free, even application.
Weekly cleansing for hygiene
Synthetic bristle brushes should be washed about once a week with a dedicated brush cleanser or gentle shampoo. Swirl the bristles in lukewarm water mixed with cleanser, rinse thoroughly, then lay flat on a towel to air-dry. Avoid drying upright, as water can seep into the metal ferrule and weaken the adhesive.
Best with powder blush and highlighter
Synthetic bristles work beautifully with powder formulas. This brush is ideal not only for blush, but also for highlighter and shading powder. For cream or liquid products, we recommend using a sponge instead, as the bristles may absorb and clump the product.
Maintaining bristle shape and storage tips
The wooden handle is sensitive to moisture, so make sure it's completely dry after washing. Store in a brush cover or pouch to preserve the bristle shape, and keep in a cool place away from direct sunlight. Replace the brush when bristles start to splay or color payoff noticeably weakens.
