Body Slimming Routine with the Gua Sha Ball

Evening Routine with Massage

Apply a Moderate Amount and Smooth Over Skin

Dispense a moderate amount onto the target area and gently smooth it over with your hands. Once the cream begins to absorb, use the stainless steel gua sha ball applicator to massage upward in sweeping motions. Spend 5 to 10 minutes per area for best contouring support.
