Using the microfiber sponge to finish your setting step
After completing your base with foundation and concealer, use this sponge in the final setting stage. It pairs beautifully with pressed powder to mattify oil-prone areas like the T-zone, sides of the nose, and under-eyes.
Use different edges for different areas
- Edge-cut side: Press into narrow areas like the sides of the nose and under-eyes for precise touch-ups
- Flat edge side: Quickly set larger areas like the cheeks and forehead
- Rounded side: Tap on blush for even color payoff
Load the sponge with powder, then gently press and tap onto skin for seamless adherence without fallout.
Dampen with water for a dewy finish
If a fully matte finish feels too dry, dampen the sponge with water, press it into a towel to remove excess moisture, then use as usual. You'll get a hydrating yet soft-matte result. When wet, the sponge expands to about 1.5 times its original size, covering more surface area.
Best used with powder formulas
The microfiber material grips powder particles tightly, making it ideal for use with pressed powder or loose powder. You can also apply foundation with it for a dewy, luminous makeup look.
Clean and store gently
After use, rinse gently in lukewarm water with a mild cleanser by swirling softly. Do not wring—press the sponge onto a towel to remove water, then air-dry naturally. The small hole at the bottom of the product is part of the manufacturing process and not a defect. Store in a well-ventilated area to extend its lifespan.
