The first step in your skincare routine: cleansing
A foam cleanser is where every skincare routine begins. Only after a thorough cleanse can your toner, essence, and cream absorb properly. On light makeup days, this cleanser is all you need. After heavier makeup, use it as your second cleanse following a cleansing oil for a truly clean finish.
Morning and evening use
In the morning, it removes sebum and impurities that build up overnight. In the evening, it washes away the day's dust and makeup residue. The mildly acidic formula is gentle enough for twice-daily use without compromising your skin barrier.
Massage gently with a rich lather
Dispense an appropriate amount into your hands and work into a full lather with water. Once you've built a rich, cushiony foam, massage it over your entire face in circular motions for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Pay extra attention to the sides of your nose and jawline, and use a lighter touch around the eye area. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
Next steps by skin type
- Dry skin: Apply a deeply hydrating toner immediately after cleansing to lock in moisture
- Sensitive skin: Follow with a calming essence containing aloe or cica to soothe and comfort
- Combination skin: Use a lightweight water-type toner, then finish with a light layer on your T-zone and a richer cream on your U-zone
Storage and precautions
Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight and use within 12 months of opening. Always lather the product first before applying to your face—rubbing it on directly without foam can cause irritation. If you experience redness, itching, or any unusual reaction during use, discontinue immediately and consult a dermatologist.
